Every qualifying independent coffee shop can be included in our basic directory.
Your free listing includes:

- Town and county.
- Short business description.
- Website link, where available.
- Inclusion in the relevant regional directory.
No payment is required.
2. Featured Coffee Shop
£49 – One-off payment
Give your business a more prominent presence in The Cup Guide.
Your featured profile includes:
- Dedicated business profile.
- Business logo and up to five photographs.
- Extended description of your coffee shop.
- Location and website information.
- Links to your social media.
- Prominent placement within the relevant directory for 12 months.
3. Coffee Shop Spotlight
£79 – One-off payment
A dedicated promotional feature telling the story behind your coffee shop.
Includes everything in the Featured Coffee Shop package, plus:
- A dedicated promotional article in The Cup Guide Journal.
- A feature introducing your business, its atmosphere, coffee offering and story.
- Links to your website and social media.
- One promotional social media post, subject to channel availability.

The Cup Guide exists to celebrate and support independent coffee businesses.
Basic directory inclusion is free for qualifying independent coffee shops. Paid features are entirely optional and are clearly identified as promotional content.
